Yes, all work completed by JAM requires a service contract and a deposit before any work will be completed. Our contracts outline the scope of work to be completed, who owns the intellectual property once completed (you) and the costs.

A marketing retainer is an agreement between a company and a marketing agency that includes a monthly or quarterly budget in exchange for a wide variety of services. Our retainers / Ongoing service contracts are for 1 year of service. By signing on to the retainer, you receive a discounted rate as compared to our hourly rate.

As soon as possible. While the last few years have had us all flying by the seat of pants that is not a sustainable practice. Annual planning should be looked at in your off-season or slower period of the year ahead of your fiscal year end and if possible should have at least a 6 month – 1 year lead time.

Our coaching services are not generic but help you NOW, in the moment with whatever marketing battles you are waging. We have space in our office for JAM sessions or we can come to you. Coaching sessions are meant to be 1 on 1. Please let us know ahead of time if you are looking for group training sessions.
